 “Meet Mr. Lincoln”

The Halpatiokee chapter DAR meeting of February, 2014 featured “Meet Mr. Lincoln”, aka Pastor Richard Anderson, of Palm City Presbyterian Church. Pastor Anderson holds a theology degree of divinity and a degree in music. He presented an enlightening, informative, and educational look at the life of the 16th President as it might have been told by Abraham Lincoln himself. His oratory and Mr. Lincoln’s words truly brought to life this facet of “living history” and gave our 21st Century audiences a sample of what it would have been like to hear President Lincoln speak 150 years ago. He educated, entertained, and delighted all in attendance.
